Our communities are becoming more and more diverse. This growth pushes organizations to be more effective in responding to a diverse clientele and simultaneously creating a community of belonging as they create a stronger diverse workforce. The DEI Playbook is designed to assist organizations in creating and maintaining an environment responsive to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
